A servant's daughter, Kaoru, is kidnapped, mistaken for the daughter of the Asakura family, Izumi. Kaoru was killed because Izumi's father, Yosuke, was reluctant to pay the ransom, and her mother, Yuriko, a servant, holds a grudge against Yosuke and Izumi. One year later, Izumi is kidnapped by someone and she goes missing.
